Good food.
As for the lunch plates, they're flavorful, but sometimes I wish they had bigger portions. It feels like you get more of your money's worth with the breakfast items than the lunch plates.
When in Sinton this is the place to go for tasty tacos. It is a little off the main street but worth the search. I think that there Carne Guisada tacos are most excellent. The tacos are huge.
The place used to be an old grocery before, and then it got turned into a restaurant. You can find this place to be moderately busy throughout the day, but it doesn't take them long to get an order out!

I kind of wish they were open when I get out of work at 4 pm. I would be coming here after work each chance I get if so.
